Although it is in principle a software users manual, it describes many of the instrument operational systems aspects as the software determines many of these. The document focuses on the software referred to as the flight software (LAMP Flight Software - LAFS) but were needed it will also include some aspects of the LAMP GSE system and its software (referred to as the ground software: LAMP Ground Software - LAGS).
