This file describes the anomalies present in the images which make up
Volume 33 of the "Voyagers to the Outer Planets" collection.  In the
FDS count range of Volume 33, 35893.19 through 42278.08, several classes
of anomalies are found.  Each is described below with a list of the
FDS counts of the images falling into each class. An "*" indecates that
the FDS is listed in more than one class.


PLANNED BUT NOT RECEIVED
------------------------
These FDS counts were part of planned observations and may be found in
descriptions of Voyager sequences.  However, the images were not received at
the Voyager Ground Data System.  The losses are probably entirely due either
to adverse weather or mechanical problems at the receiving station.

they were not permanently archived and the preliminary archive magnetic tapes
containing the images have been lost.  The search for the images will continue.
If an image is found, it will be placed on the last CD-ROM volume.

CORRUPTED ENGINEERING TABLES

These FDS counts were received at the Voyager Ground Data System.
For unknown reasons, the permanent archive files have Engineering
Tables which are corrupted.  This means that any value a user may
extract from the Engineering Table, such as FDS count, filter, time,
etc., may be invalid.

FOUND
-----
Frames present in the FOUND directory are the compressed versions of images
which should have been placed on a previous CD-ROM volume but could not be
found at the time that the volume was created.  These compressed frames are
named with standard .IMQ extensions.  Their Browse counterparts are stored 
with the rest of the Browse data and have the standard .IBG extensions.

WRONG FDS

The following images on previous CDs had incorrect FDS counts and
therefore filenames.  Due to missing key portions of the telemetry, the
files were originally labelled with the wrong FDS count.  The correct FDS
count has been restored in the filename, but the internal telemetry data
has not been altered.
