PPVL module

This distribution kit contains the files to make a static libPPVL.a
library for the PPVL API functions. The PPVL_report.c file uses this
library to build an example application that will report the contents
of any file interpreted to the extent possible as Paramter Value Logic
text. The provided Makefile will build the package on most Unix systems
(it has been used successfully on SunOS, Sun/Solaris, UP-UX, SGI/Irix,
and Linux) with just the "make" command.

Documentation headers have been extracted into separate "cat" files.

Note: As of version 1.6 the "class" entry of the PPVL_Parameter
structure has been changed to the name "classification". The C++
language reserves this word.
